Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

The Swaen is a lovely studio apartment, located in the center of Amsterdam, on the main street which connects Central Station with down town. The roomy studio has a lounge area with TV, dining corner and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with kitchen utensils, stove, microwave and oven. WiFi is also available. De Swaen is located a few steps from the Amsterdam university and in an area with many cute little shops, small cafes and theaters.

One double bed of 160x200 cm. One single bed of 90x200 cm and a very comfortable sofa bed for two persons. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
Check in policy From 15:00 to 22:00, In most cases you can store your luggage at the apartment from 12:15. Check in earlier: from 12:00 to 15:00 if possible is free of charge. Before 12:00 if possible is subject to 15 Euro extra fee per person. Check in after 22:00 is subject to 30 Euro extra fee. Check out policy: From 08:00 to 12:00. Before 08:00 is also possible, but the deposit will be send afterwards to your bank account. Check out from 12:00 to 15:00 if possible is free of charge. Check out after 15:00 is subject to extra fee of 15 Euro per person. The terms and conditions of this apartment require full payment in advance of arrival.
The balance has to be paid by bank transfer + expense , Paypal +expense or any other money transfer company + expense. The cheapest way is by transferwise.com. It costs only a few euros and has a good exchange rate. Payment Procedure: 50% of the balance has to be paid within 72 hours after the booking and is not refundable. The remaining 50% has to be in our account at least one month before arrival. Not applying to these conditions, gives us the right to cancel the reservation. These payments can be made by bank transfer or via Paypal arranged with your apartment manager. Cancellation Policy: The initial 50% is not refundable under any circumstances. The other 50% is refunded only if cancelled more than one month prior to check in. Less than one month notice, it is fully non refundable and the penalty is 100% of the balance. Security Deposit: A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 100 is due on arrival. This is refunded at departure assuming no damages, that the apartment is left clean and no loss of keys.
