Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Stylish, newly renovated accommodation, sleeping four guests and located close to Amsterdam's Vondelpark. The apartment is beautifully styled and furnished throughout, covering a spacious 100 Sqm and has three bedrooms.
Located just 100 meters from Vondel Park and about a 20 minute walk, or less than 10 minutes by tram #2, to Leidseplein and Museumplein. All of Amsterdam's main sights are easily accessible by foot or tram. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and ample public transport with connections to all areas of the city.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware to cook meals. The apartment has a large dining table.
There are 3 three bedrooms. Two big bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. The bedrooms have storage for clothes and two windows with blinds. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a sink. There is also a separate toilet with sink next to the living room.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies, but not inside the apartment. Please note: There is no elevator in the building and there are STAIRS, so it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties or some older guests who have a problem with stairs. Pets allowed.
The remaining balance can be paid by card and check in instructions will be sent the week of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
