If you are Looking for an affordable place to stay in a private room with a VERY COMFORTABLE BED after your adventures in Amsterdam? The apartment is about 8km from the centre, about 12 minutes on the Metro. Take a walk and you will discover: The Amsterdam Arena---Ajax Football Stadium, where many large concerts are held, (Madonna etc…) Heineken Music Hall---Concert Hall Ziggo Dome---Concert Hall Amsterdamse Poort--- Shops, bars, and restaurants.

The kitchen is part of the common areas you will share with us and possibly 2 other guest if the second room is rented. Please clean up after yourselves.
Room: Private room. Free wifi. No-smoking in the rooms No pets please. 1. The bathroom and toilet are separate. So the shower is free when the toilet is in use and vice versa.

The balance plus damage deposit is due to the owner by Paypal or bank transfer within a week after booking. For last minute bookings, payment is due right after booking.
