Add a little luxury to your Amsterdam stay in this beautiful, fully furnished 155m2 boutique apartment with 75m2 roof terrace, perfectly located close to Vondelpark. The roof terrace is fully furnished with lounge sofa, bean bags, hammock, fireplace, BBQ and a herb garden with fruit plants
The apartment is located in Amsterdam's upmarket Oud Zuid (Old South), steps away from the city’s largest park, Vondelpark and with innumerable cafes and good restaurants nearby and grocery shops just around the corner. Within walking distance are Museumplein (Van Gogh, Stedelijk Museum and Rijks-Museum) and the city's most fashionable streets; PC Hoofstraat, Beethovenstraat and Cornelis Schuytstraat

Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, two with a double bed (140/180 cm) and one with bunk bed, a separate dressing room, the second toilet and a bathroom with shower and separate bath.
Another stairway leads to the rooftop terrace (75m2) including a roof house, which has a fold-out bed and can be used as an extra bedroom. The rooftop is fully furnished with a lounge sofa, bean bags, hammock, fireplace and bbq. Part of the roof is decorated as a garden of herbs and fruit plants.
All basics provided; Linen, towels, soap, shampoo. Cot and High chair available upon request

Cancellation Policy Cancellation less than 2 months is 50% penalty, less than 1 month is 75%, less than 2 weeks is 100%. ***Attention*** Because we care about our neighbours and the apartment is in a residential area, it is not suitable for party people or stag parties. Therefore this apartment can host maximum 4 male guests or a total of 6 adults. Please do note that we will ask full names, addresses, passport numbers, gender and birth days of all members of your party after booking. Minimum stay is 2 nights, in the summer 3 nights Although there is a final cleaning, we do expect you leave the apartment in a clean state at check out, otherwise extra cleaning charges may be applicable.
