Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

This spacious two bedroom apartment, sleeping 4 guests, is one of 7 apartments in the same block located at Nieuwmarkt right in the centre of the city a few minutes walk from Central Station.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, but the building also has a large smoking lounge open 24/7 which has a vending machine, big screen, Nintendo games console, board games and music.
All apartments have air conditioning and free luggage storage is provided.
Nieuwmarkt Court Apartments C, is one of seven apartments all in the same building located at Nieuwmarkt Square This very large one bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walk from Central Station and Dam Square can sleep up to 4 and has a balcony where you can smoke The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, living room, and bathroom with tub.
The apartment is located at Nieuwmarkt (New Market), one of the main squares of Amsterdam, and a great location for your Amsterdam stay.
Nieuwmarkt is one of the best locations in the city, being around the corner from both the Redlight District and C, and a mere 5 minutes walk from Dam Square and Central station.
The square is surrounded by bars, cafes, coffee shops and, great local shops selling cakes, Thai food, Indonesian snacks, wafels and hot dogs. During the summer all of the bars and coffeeshops have terraces which are great to just sit and watch the world go by
NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT, There s a large smoking lounge in the basement, a great hangout spot.
There is a large living room with sofa and table and chairs, TV and Internet is provided.
The apartment comes with a lovely fully fitted kitchen including stove, oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher.
There is one large bedroom in the apartment and there are a total of 5 single beds available. The room also has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps
Nieuwmarkt Court also comes equipped with Iron and ironing board, Hairdryer, Towels, TV / DVD, Music system, Bed Linen, Excellent security, use of fax, highspeed WiFi.
There are 8 apartments in the same building so it is ideal for large groups
In the basement of the buildings is the SMOKING LOUNGE, a great stop to hang out in and smoke your head off.
HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbors and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building.
Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise we will charge you for the first two nights. No Damage deposit required. No final cleaning charge Payment upon arrival by credit card or cash.
