This Amsterdam Penthouse apartment is huge. Three bedrooms, high ceilings, large balcony and lots more. Location is so central its hard to beat. just three minutes from Amsterdam's Red-light district.
This spacious three bedroom apartment is one of seven in the same building located at Nieuwmarkt Square. The penthouse apartment, which features beamed ceilings and a roomy balcony, can comfortably sleep six guests in six single beds. Groups up to 30 are catered for and, Stag and Hen parties are welcome
The apartment is located on Monnikenstraat just off Nieuwmarkt (New Market) one of the best squares in Amsterdam. Nieuwmarkt Square is surrounded by cafes , bars and coffee shops. Not far away is the Redlight district and China Town with its many restaurants. Dam Square and central station are a 5 minute stroll away. A great central location offering all of Amsterdam on your doorstep.

There are 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom is next to the bedrooms and has a large shower, heater and wash basin The toilet is separate All towels and linen are supplied as it shower gel and soap.
Nieuwmarkt Court also come equipped with Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer, Towels, TV / DVD, Music system, Bed Linen, Excellent security , fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi
HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbours and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building.
Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise, we will charge you for the first two nights.
No Damage deposit required. No final cleaning charge Payment upon arrival by credit card or cash.
Check-in standard from 3:00 PM - check-out by 11 AM. An earlier check-in can be possible; call upon arrival to verify.
