Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

This three bedroom apartment for 6 guests is located right in the centre of Amsterdam and comes with a balcony and full kitchen.
This is one of 7 apartments in the same building which can be rented together for larger groups.
All apartments come with air conditioning, free luggage storage and access to a 24/7 smoker-friendly leisure lounge with a large screen, Nintendo games console and board games.
The apartment has three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, full kitchen and comfortable living room.

All our properties are located on Monnikenstraat or just off Nieuwmarkt (New Market) adjacent to China Town, Redlight District, Dam Square and Central Station, with all of Amsterdam on your doorstep.
Nieuwmarkt Square is surrounded by bars, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants, with terraces during Summer, where you can sit, and just people watch for hours.
The large living area comes with sofas, table and chairs and WiFi.
The apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen, including toaster, kettle and coffee maker
There are three bedrooms with a total of six single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is spacious by hotel standards and comes with a shower and bathtub.

HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbours and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building.
Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise, we will charge you for the first two nights. Minimum Stay 3 nights but 2 nights will be accepted subject to an extra charge.
No Damage deposit required. Payment upon arrival by credit card or cash. Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 11:00 AM. An earlier check-in can be possible; call upon arrival to verify.
