Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Amsterdam Court Apartments located just minutes from Redlight district. Each apartment is very spacious at around 100 M2 (1000 sq feet) and decorated with black, white and terracotta tiles, giving it a very cool and clean feel.
Groups of all sorts are welcome. Ideal for Stags and hen parties.
Modern third-floor apartment for six guests centrally located at Nieuwmarkt, a few minutes walk from Dam Square and Central Station. The 100m2 apartment has three bedrooms , full kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony.
The apartment is one of seven in the same building which together can accommodate up to thirty people. Stag and hen parties are welcome.
The apartments are located on Monnikenstraat just off Nieuwmarkt, one of the main squares in Amsterdam and a great location for your Amsterdam stay. It teems with bars, cafes, coffee shops, great local shops selling cakes, Thai food, Indonesian snacks and Dutch Icecream.
Many of the cafes have outside terraces during the summer, great for people watching. Around the corner is both China Town and the Red Light district, also choc a bloc with shops and cafes. Central station, Waterlooplein and Dam square are a mere 5-minute walk away.
There is a large living area with sofas and Table and chairs. Great to sit about and have a chat. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT or the fire alarm will sound,
Smoking on the balcony is fine or in the basement the is a smoking lounge open 24/7. a great place to chill out in.
The apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen which includes a large fridge, oven, microwave, five ring gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Tea, sugar and creamer are supplied.
The first bedroom with one single bed, dressing table and wardrobe is on your right as you enter You have to walk through this bedroom to get to the second one which has two single beds.
The third bedroom has two single beds and is furnished with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
The fourth sleeping area, with 4 walls but no door, is located off the living room and has a single bed.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink, mirror and heater and is modern, clean and quite large by hotel standards.
Soap, shampoo and shower gel is supplied.
The apartment comes with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, TV with DVD, music system, bed Linen, excellent security, fully equipped kitchen and Wi Fi Baby cots are available on request

Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in may be possible; call upon arrival to verify. Smoking, including cannabis, is allowed on the balcony.
Please note that the balcony is closed at 10.30 to respect neighbours but there is a smoking lounge in the building open 24/7
HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbours and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building. Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony.
In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise, we will charge you for the first two nights.
