Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Centrally located Amsterdam apartment located right in the heart of the city just off Nieuwmarkt Square, a more central location is hard to find. This apartment sleeps up to six guests but with seven apartments in the same building, we can cater for up to 40 guests.
The apartment comes with all one needs for a short stay in Amsterdam, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony where you can smoke. The entire building can cater for groups of up to 40 guests. Stag and Hen parties are welcome.
Please note - Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the Smoking lounge which is located in the basement of the building and is open 24/7 to smoke your heads off.
Nieuwmarkt (New Market) Square one of the main squares in Amsterdam one of the mains squares of Amsterdam and a great location for your Amsterdam stay
Located in the heart of the city just minutes from the Red-Light district and not far from China Town, Dam Square and central station.
A more central location is hard to find. Nieuwmarkt square is surrounded by bars, cafes, coffee shops, great local shops selling cakes, Thai food, Indonesian snack bar.
Large living area with all the comforts of home.
The apartments come with a lovely fully fitted kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal or snacks.
Two bedrooms with four single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Bathrooms come with large shower and is very modern and clean and quite large by hotel standards.
Nieuwmarkt Haven also comes equipped with Iron and ironing board, Hairdryer, Towels, VCR + TV / DVD, Music system, Bed Linen, Excellent security, fully equipped kitchen Use of fax, speedy internet connection. PLEASE NOTE- SMOKING is allowed only on the balcony.
HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbours and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building.
Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty.
No sleeping on the balcony. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation.
If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise, we will charge you for the first two nights. Minimum Stay 3 nights but 2 nights will be accepted subject to an extra charge.
No Damage deposit required. Payment upon arrival by credit card or cash. Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 11:00 AM.
An earlier check-in can be possible; call upon arrival to verify. Minimum stay exception: min. 6 nights between 29 Dec and 01 January, Queens week, April 27th to May 2nd, IBC September and cannabis Cup November
